If your on a budget then I guess the iphone 4 is probably not the best option. However if you want the best smartphone on the market..... :)

Buy Android :-)

I have the iPhone 3gs now (USA) and will move to Thailand late next month. Should I bring it to be jailbroken or buy another phone? How much is the Android?

you will need to jailbreak it to use it. not a big deal.

The only problem for people in Thailand, for anyone wishing to use 3g must have Iphone because 3g does not work with HTC or any other phone :(

Sorry Kuffki? How does that work?

Incorrect. 3G will work with any 3G phone any brand in Thailand aslong as a 3G service is provided,

I am sorry to have to inform you but that's incorrect,

3G does not work on any 3G phone. In Thailand they use 850 mghz and all phones besides iPhone work on 900. So Htc will not be able to use 3G, edge and GPRS - yes, but not 3G

Then do not buy Apple's iphone, get an ANDROID.  Waaaaaaay better.
