Visa To Usa For Thai Citizen

I plan to travel to USA with my thai wife, we live in Bangkok, I'm an European and don't need Visa. We are going to visit a friend of mine, can somebody tell me what kind

of dokumentation my wife needs from my friend, letter of invitation, letter of guarantee for stay and return??

I t well be no different for your wife to qualify than for a Thai wife of a US Citizen to get a tourist visa. She will have to prove why she will not stay in the US illegally. See this thread.

Should be snap. Know many non-Americans that have visited the US with their Thai wives. It is not much different then for an American to get his Thai wife a visa, but the reviewing officer is more likely to not pre-judge the wife is trying to avoid immigration process.

You don’t need anything from the person you are visiting. Show your marriage license, your passport with visa extensions, joint bank accounts, rental agreement sort of stuff to show you both live in Thailand and will return at the end of the trip.
