The growth of the national debt has halted by 92% in the four months since President Trump took office in 2025. The growth of federal debt held by the public slowed by 92% compared to the same period in 2024, with the nominal national debt decreasing by $5.5 billion since Inauguration Day. 0.2% reducation in 2025 makes tourism a "floundering sector"? How many tourists are they looking for? I mean, if you are like me, this is good news. My favorite times living in Thaland were during the Covid lock down. I had most of Pattaya and Jomtien pretty much to myself. The beach took on an amazing transformation. Wildlife started coming back. The water cleared up and very little trash washed up on the beaches. No drunk young middle eastern types roving in hoards on motorbikes making all kind of noise and disturbing the peace. The roads were passable and traffic was minimal. Ah, the Covid days. I dont understand how the judge did that, unless you have a lease. Did you buy before the marriage? A house cant be registered in a foreigners name and a foreigner cant own land, if purchased during the marriage the foreigner needs to sign documents that they have no rights to the land and gave no money for the purchase of the land. If you have a lease then yes, she cant kick you out, but you're only protected until the lease is up. I've seen over the decades that the house doesn't sell and the wife ends up moving in, or she never moved out in the first place, Many houses sit for years never selling or sells way less than what was invested. I wish you and your daughter luck! it sounds like your doing the best thing for your daughter. -

How could it be a bribe or grift to Trump, the aircraft is going to the DoD, not Trump and will be mothballed to his presidential library in 2029 . It's a net benefit to the taxpayer who are getting a 4 or $500M donation from the jihadist over in Qatar. Trump is not a corrupt pay for play buffoon as in the case of Biden who sells out to his adversaries with his crime families pay for play schemes and even sells classified information for profit to a ghost writer.- 1
