kenni Posted March 6, 2011 Posted March 6, 2011 Hi, I will be in Bangkok to complete the transfer of a condo to me at the Land Office this week. I have prepared all required document, including my marriage certificate. Early today, i was told that since my spouse is not going there with me and although she is not the co owner, she would still need to sign a 'Spouse Consent Form' in front of a notary public in my country and authenicate it in the Thai Embassy here. Both of us are not Thai and I will be the only new owner of that condo unit. Many of you would have the experience and I hope you can advice me if i really need to go though such processs and submit that Spouse Consent Form? Thanks!
