Are you looking for a place to stay in Chiang Mai for the next months?

We have a free room in our house that we would like to rent out. We are 2 English teachers from Belgium, both 25 years old, and were looking for someone to live with us, preferably from around the same age. The house is located in Sansainoi, close to Carrefour, at about 15 minutes from the moat by motorbike. The house is fully equipped with 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a big kitchen, large living room and a garden. We also have high speed internet and cable tv (Truevision platinum). Rental price will be 5000 baht per month. Extra costs (tv, internet, gas, water, electricity, community charge) will come down to between a 1000 and 1500 baht, bringing the total cost to a maximum of 6500 baht per month. For those who want, we also have an extra motorbike (Honda Wave semi-automatic) that you can rent for only 1500 baht per month.
