I am looking for some statistics on the price of condos in pattaya over the past 5 years.

Is there any reliable information/stats available?

There is a lot of talk of prices going up but I cant find any reliable stats

And neither will you find statistics which offer proof that prices are rising. Drive around at night, see the dark units which are unsold for years now. There may be the odd one where someone has made money, but certainly no trend to that effect
