Hey- I am in Thailand around the new years fesitivals. I have been looking into rhinoplasty for a small hump removal and to improve breathing. The only two Drs availiable are Sompob and Tanom. The price different is high. SP Clinic is $2000 USD and Tanom is 130,000 Baht. Does anyone know about either? I can't find much in the way of rhinoplasty reviews. It is such a vast difference in price that it worries me somewhat.

Would it be better to organise it later in the year with a totally diff Dr?
