Wondering if anyone knows if a dbl entry tourist visa is available from the thai embassy in Kathmandu?

Maybe and maybe not, all you can do is try. But suspect you will have to pay for it if they give a double. Not many reports about Katmandu.

In the region currently Vientianne and Phnom Phen are options for a double entry.
