robsamui
Just seen on the international BBC news the world weather with Samui on the SE Asia map marked in bold with "413mm in 24 hrs" next to it. Quick checks on average rainfall reveals that in Oct and Nov the combined 60-day total is an average of 550-600mm for these two months of the rainy season. Which therefore means that effectively we've had in a couple of days more than an entire rainy season's worth of rain. Amazing! :o
