Need help...i understand that if i move from one apartment to a new one that you have to update your details with the immigration department.

I have been told that i can do this online but i cant find any website for doing this. can anyone help with the correct web address please ???

You can not do it online - only hotels and such have that capability (for tourists). If on an extension of stay just change it on next 90 day report and have some proof with you when you report.

The law says that a change of address has to be notified within 24 hours.

However this is rarely enforced and it is likely that Immigration will not understand what you are trying to do.

When I tried it a while back they just through the form in the bin. This was in Samui.

There is a requirement for hotels and guest houses to register their guests. They can do this online.
