I would like to find a good-level Gym where you can then relax moving inside an associated spa-area, with sauna, steam, hydro (warm and cold) and finish with an amusing massage. An afternoon dedicated to your body. Everything in the same infrastructure and service.

Not sure if you can find all you want in a single gym/fitness center in Pattaya...they tend to be either a gym or a spa. However, a hotel based facility may fit your needs...though they tend to be expensive. Tony's has most of what you require...also the Marriott Hotel, the Hilton, and the Centara in Naklua would fit the bill. Also, Fairchild gym would also have most of what you mentioned. However, don't know how "amusing" the massage would be in any of these locations...you might have to trot on down to Sabai Dee Body Massage for such a thing

The price for Tony's is about 8k per year...the hotels and Fairchild are around 30-40k per year.

Not expensive i think 150B all in (not inc massage) extra 120/150B for that.

But if you go down to the beach at the end of the soi their are some girls/???/Boys working the bushes.

Country sauna on Soi siam country club,has sauna,steam room,hot and cold tubs,swimming pool,small gym,massage and small restaurant.Last time I went it was 150 Baht but extra for the massage.........and the food.
