I'm fairly sure the IP I saw pushing 5 mbps resolved to a dynamic IP address name, that was kinda my point calling it a consumer line.

I'll double check next time I see it.

Maxing out my 10 meg connection from my seedbox in France (1 gig connection) by FTP. No complaints here (True BKK).

Edit: I'm through a VPN direct to my seedbox, so this may have a bearing on not being throttled.

I was steadily maxing out my connection via ftp from my seedbox, but performance on true has sucked lately.
