Where Are Best Rates Us$ Cash And Gulf Currencies

hi everyone

I heard somewhere of a money changer in Sukhumvit I think giving superior rates smaller spreads than banks

Returning from Gulf will have $ cash and banks outside aiport booths not bad spread a cent either side but on Oman and saudi cash huge differences

Any advice appreciated I'll try and change most into crisp US $
