Woman arrested on 10 million baht fraud charge

PATTAYA: -- The perils of getting into debt or lending money were never more evident than when two Thai females came to Pattaya police station to identify a 33-year-old woman who allegedly owed them 10 million baht. The woman had allegedly forged a document which made her the owner of a shop on Thepprasit Road and used this as collateral to borrow the 10 million baht from the two complainants in 2010.
