I am looking to rent a house long term in south or central pattaya. I am not interested in east pattaya or jontium.

I want a fully furnished detached house preferably with a garden, but I do not want a swimming pool or access to one. Essential to have good internet connection or internet connect ability. I can as necessary bring my own rental UBC dish.

The house can be 1 or more bedrooms and same for bathrooms. Preference for a house that is away from neighbours and privately walled or gated.

Start date either mid June or mid July 2011. Minimum 1 year, proper lease will be signed.

Monthly rental in the range 15-28,000 negotiable.
