My wife and I both have Siam City bank accounts. Is there a way of me transferring funds from my account to hers when I am not in Thailand? Savings account with ATM card which I can use abroad. Their website has no info that I can see.

In the transfer section of your SCB account online you can set it up online. Same as BKB

But make sure you do the initial setup while in Thailand as you will need to get a sms with the one time password to confirm setup.

edit : Ooops sorry I am referring to Siam Commercial not Siam City although city may also have that feature...I do not know.
