to those who are trying to sell property if you agree to give the salesperson under the table commision they will show all buyers your property first and push a lot harder for a sale. i promised and gave my agent 10000 baht on condo sale 1.7mil and was sold in 6 weeks. prior to this it was on the market at the same price for 1 year.they keep this under the table commision seperet from paper work and their boss. 25 years inthailand you learn a few things..

So a mere 10,000 grossed you 1.7mil..........thats cheap, think the agent is selling himself aa bit short there............incentive isnt a bad thing, good tip for anyone trying to sell but dont think many agents would risk loosing their job for 10K
