bhoydy
I'll be in Songkla and i have to do a border run and get a visa exemption stamp as i'm still waiting for paperwork from my employer. I thought i'd just take my Honda Phantom down (it's in my name) to Sadao, over the border and back. I've never done it before and was wondering if it's that simple. guzzi850m2
Why don't you just leave your bike in Thailand and walk over? I am not sure how simple it is to bring your bike over the border and back, I am sure somebody here can help.

H2oDunc
Easy Sadao is also a good little party town as well. I always have a night there when doing the Penang run. A good hotel within walking distance of the border is Oscars. On the left just before the border. You can't miss it With the bike just ride it out and turn round and ride it back in. Its about half a km between the borders.
