April 26, 201114 yr Does anyone know what circumstance produces ‘Connection refused’? I get when trying to open my yahoo mail. White page with just this text. Yesterday I saw it, nothing cleared it. I tried reboot – it seems from the server. Later it went away. In true form it came back by itself this evening. Yahoo was working alright during today.

I’ve been locked out all yesterday evening and now. (Intermittently during three days.) Should we be doubting the cause? It seems a long time for Yahoo to limit access. The URL displayed by IE seems authentic... but?
