On my SCB webpage, it shows that I have XXX baht of accrued Interest. When is this interest actually credited into my account? Quarterly? Yearly? I've only had the account open since January and have yet to have any interest deposited.

I get it July and December

Twice anually on 25th of June and 25th of December.
