zaphodbeeblebrox
I have an unusual situation. I work for a foreign company (BOI) which employs a Cambodian worker (legally, with WP). We are setting up a US company (already incorporated). We need to send our Cambodian worker to the U.S. for about 2 weeks to perform some work for us (really on behalf of our new US company). Which is quicker and which is easier: a B1 visa or a tourist visa? I suppose another option would be to send him for training as well, but would that make him eligible for an education visa? How long will it take to process this and how long is the visa valid. I've heard stories of waits of 6 months to a year just to get the interview. Makes me happy I don't live in the US any more! Thanks in advance for your suggestions and advice.
