Chai said that Abhisit already informed him that the decree was submitted for HM the King to sign on Tuesday. webfact Posted May 3, 2011 Author Share Posted May 3, 2011 House Speaker: PM Has Submitted Parliament Dissolution for Royal Endorsement House Speaker Chai Chidchob has revealed that Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva has already submitted a Parliament dissolution decree for royal endorsement from His Majesty the King. Reports indicate that the prime minister is choosing not to wait for a green light from the Constitution Court. He says House Speaker Chai Chidchob, who originally leaked the news, was misunderstood. House Speaker Chai Chidchob earlier told reporters that the premier already submitted the decree for approval. Chai claimed Abhisit told him so.
