So in case the software crashes it will be restarted?

Try opening the control panel then double click on "Scheduled Tasks" follow the wizard.

yes I can start something, perfecto, but I can not finish or kill a program, is there a solution for that?

you could write yourself a batch file to do stop and restart the services or a program and run that as a scheduled task.
