Former Army Bodyguard arrested after shooting his wife at their family home

PATTAYA: -- A former close protection officer, working for the 11th Division of the Royal Thai Army, allegedly shot and badly injured his wife in the early hours of Wednesday following a drug-induced rage. Khun Apichart aged 45 is thought to have become addicted to Crystal Methamphetamine after he left the Army and would often suffer episodes of paranoia, believing that people were following him and trying to kill him.
