baht&sold
My advice , get out of Bkk , I'm sure that is the root of your problem . <{POST_SNAPBACK}> LOL!!! Also, an aspirin a day can do wonders "they" say (note to self: must meet these "they" ppl someday;) Or, a "Cardiprigm" melt on your tongue 100 mg aspirin and glycerine combo- available at most bkk Rx's. On a serious note to the OP, get to Bumrungrad for a lube, oil and filter asap (complete check up;) and consult your doc b4 taking acetylsalic acid on a reg basis (aspirin- can eat holes in you apparently, or cause internal bleeding etc)

It's unlikely that your symptoms have anything to do with hypertension especially as your Doc has tested you and found you ok. Go and get a general check up. leisurely
I would take everybody's advice and go for checkup. Taking tablets recommended for other people is both daft and dangerous. If you have an undiagnosed heart problem the combo pill recommednedd before could be catastrophic!
txp158
People with hypertension are not all symptoms free. Some may experience dizziness, headache or vertigo even when the measuring blood pressure is normal. There're no specific scientific explanation for this, but most of my patient has these kind of symptoms in the morning just when they try to get themselves up from bed. When that happens, I usaually give them cinnarizine or stugeron. This is probably the medicine you are looking for. They are cheap and easily found in any local drug store in Thailand. You don't need any perscription for it either. However the same is not applicable if you live in the US. In any case, I advise you do a regular check up and make a monthly visit to a local doctor. Try to remember that a normal person bp is 120/80 mmHg. If your BP remains high above this value despite taking medication, then you should consult your doctor about it. Don't forget about the lifestyle modification that your doctor keeps telling you to do. - Every 10 kg you lose, you lose about 5-20 mmHg in blood pressure. - Regular aerobic exercise will decrease your BP by about 5 mmHg. - Restriction of salt and fat diet will decrease your BP by 10-20 mmHg. Good luck.

BKKDUDE
Thanks everyone for your advice. After doing some search from the internet, I found i have all diabetics sympthoms (I didn't even knew what is diabets, before someone told me here). I found my excessive caffine from 3-5 coffee per day causing more problems, which i have cut down to 1-2 per day since last 7 days, i feel little improved despite some headache first few days. I will report more on this coming days after going for a check up. Thanks guys, I love you
autonomous_unit
Thanks everyone for your advice. After doing some searchfrom the internet, I found i have all diabetics sympthoms (I didn't even knew what is diabets, before someone told me here)... <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Yes, that's what I was wondering... I just finally got my dad to go to the doctor and get diagnosed a few years ago. It is still a constant struggle to get him to keep up with the monitoring and lifestyle changes. (I'm talking about "adult onset diabetes" where your blood sugar levels shoot up too high.) If you catch it early enough, there is hope that you can control blood sugar levels with diet and exercise changes. The doctors should be able to set you straight with all the info. Worst case, there may be some medicine involved to help control the sugar. If you do indeed have it, you really want to get it under control, because the blood sugar problems can injure your organs, reduce your ability to heal from injuries, and even cause problems with your eyes. When you keep it under control you can pretty much have a normal life, and probably feel a lot stronger and more energetic than you had before seeing the doctors!
