ดอกฟ้า means this:

but เด็ดดอกไม้ means 'female urination'

literally, เด็ดดอกฟ้า means to pluck a flower . . .

KISO(key informant/significant other) says that ดอกฟ้า is a woman above ones station in terms of education, wealth, social status and so forth. So I guess the phrase in question means something like "Don't think that you will be able to get a high-class woman"
