This is a far from comprehensive list of Hotspots I discovered in Pattaya (as of May 2011). If you are not intimately familiar with Pattaya you will need to do a little research about locations. But so far I have not seen any other really up to date lists for Hotspots in Pattaya. Maybe we can all start a master list and update it regularly.

Pantip Plaza (can sit at Starbucks 1st Floor)

Central Mall Beach Rd - (sucks)

Cafe (French Style; lovely with french Windows) on left hand side just after Dolphin Circle on Naklua Road

Mooks Cafe - 3rd Road 1/2 way between Pattaya Klang and North Pattaya Roads - On right heading North

Coffee Club - Royal Garden Mall

Coffee World - Basement Central World Mall Beach Rd.

Is there a Pantip Plaza in Pattaya?

There also should be free TOT Wifi within proximity of the Beach road and varied TRUE WiFi Hotspots throughout Central Plaza as well as on Beach Road. I can certainly see both from my apartment.

There is of course not Pantip Plaza in Pattaya. He probably means Tukcom.

I find there are paid hotspots practically everywhere these days, it's a lot scarcer with free WiFi access. Some bars have it but you usually need to ask the staff for the password to access it.
