I have been developing a killer website concept based on the group tour industry. Which is now complete barring a few hours work.

This concept is in huge demand from the industry and the end user of which there are around 80 million + per year.

The website is almost certainly expected to earn us the minimum of 70000 to 100000 baht perr day in revenue after its first month, and after an established 3 months I would be amazed if we were getting less than 200000 a day. This is all pure profit.

Here are the walls I am hitting.

I am based in Korat and the bulk of our prospective clientelle are based in BKK, and I am mega busy with all the aspects of setting up the technology and other things.

I really want to outsource the acquisition of the industry clients of which there are 9038 registered members. We have the full data of the industry and of every single registered member. But I really don't know the best way to sell this myself. I really want a good conversion of at least 5% of the industry. As I mentioned above, the industry is going to be very hungry for this concept, as it will save them a lot of work and money. So 5% is a very conservative expectation.

I have tried contacting many sales people myself, but as far as training them in the concept, and laying out a sales pitch that would be successfully accepted in the Thai minds is not my department. Which is why i really need to outsource this headache to a professional. I have even accepted that i would have to pay generous commissions in the region of 10 to 15% of all revenue for say the first 12 month of operation. I even know that the people I would outsource to would probably complete the campaign in probably a couple of months with a team of maybe just 3 or 4 sales people. But I have resigned myself to giving this away just to get the ball rolling.

Is there anyone out there tell me where i am going wrong? How would you set this up?

I have thought about approaching recruitment agencies who specialise in sales, but where do you find them?, i can't seem to find much help via google, just a lot of irrelivent stuff. Also, i don't speak Thai, so i would need to liase with either a farang owned entity or a Thai entity with a very good english speaker to work with me. I am amazed that in a country that seems to be obsessed with sales and marketing, that i would be having such a tough time. I have been all over Korat looking, but have found nothing that suits me, only marketing consultants, and i don't need marketing done. i am the marketer, the brand builder, and it is my job to market the product of the client... I need to be able to get the audience with the client.
