I think it starts "ผู้โดยสารสามารถเปลี่ยน..". and also adds in what line it is you can change to. รถไฟมหานคร, รถไฟแอร์พอท์ลินค์ or within lines on the BTS สายสีลม สายสุขุมวิท.
