gguy Posted May 15, 2011 Share Posted May 15, 2011 Something bite me on the forehead on Wed. My forehead swelled up and itched. Sunday swelling started to go down. Can a person get allergy shots for bug bites? The bug may have been a spider. Also bitten by very small light brown mosquito. Area around bite swells and remains itchy for about a week. Sheryl Posted May 16, 2011 Share Posted May 16, 2011 Not to my knowledge, but an ointment containing hydrocortisone, betamethasone or other steroid will help greatly.
