Usually we will make a Online Payment Gateway same as siampay, paysbuy, maybe not at this time we can use them instead. But i want to ask if we want to do it, where must i go to ask for Legal? What do we need to prepare? Thus, i know that Auction is forbidden in Thai within the foreigners. But how's about online bid with computer stuffs? Apart from the company registration, the company is required to be obtain 1. Commercial Certificate (similar to Sole Proprietorship) at the District Office, 2. Direct Market at the Consumer Protection Board 3.
