Rimmer Posted May 21, 2011 Share Posted May 21, 2011 Gem-Cutting Company Owner caught with “Ice” at Pattaya Police checkpoint PATTAYA: -- A Gem-Cutting Factory owner from Chantabouri Province was stopped at a Pattaya Police Checkpoint just before 5am on Saturday and was caught with class 1 drugs which he claims would keep him awake during his early morning deliveries to Pattaya.
