Searching for online air ticket portal, and manage to find www.thaifly.com www.th.pyotravel.com and moxtravel, which is the best out there? Thaifly seem offering the best pric, but pyotravel got good hotel rates.

They do have good flight rates but Pyro does not allow last minute booking-flights must be 5 days prior. I am flying to the USA soon so I could not do a valid comparison with ebookers who I used and I can definatly reccomend as a fast and seemless booking experience.

I have never used pyro but Thaifly always, agoda for hotels and use dohop for wide search, they also do hotels.

Just to add check airline websites before booking, sometimes they offer better deals than dohop & Thaifly.
