Does anyone know where a professional shop is that can enlarge things on big paper?

There are several shops on Thannon Suthep that do pro jobs. Many CMU students get stuff done there. I've had some work done there as well and was very satisfied. They are on the left side as you are driving up from the moat. If you start looking as you pass Suan Dok Hospital or perhaps the Pharmacy School there are at least 3 places on the left side all on the same block or two.
