Malaysian tourist commits suicide in Central Pattaya apartment

PATTAYA: -- A Malaysian tourist died from Carbon Monoxide poisoning over the weekend in an apparent case of suicide. Police were called to an apartment complex in Soi Boekeow by its owners who had broken into a 4th floor room at the complex where they found the body of Mr. Looi Ken En aged 57. He was laying face-down on the bed and tape had been placed around the windows and front door. Evidence of burnt out pieces of charcoal and mosquito repellant sticks were found and the odor was still present in the room

He WAS laying face down on the bed, yet the obligatory clouded out picture has him laying on his back..So he was mooved by police or a cameraman especially for the picture?

I guess, why am i suprised?
