I will be in Phuket, which is the closet country border crossing to gain re-entry into Thailand after 90 days. I have a double entry tourist visa.

Two criteria:

It has be safe and quick. I don't ride a motorcycle or drive a car.

From Phuket I think most people go to Ranong and cross into Burma.

There should be companies in Phuket doing border runs.
