Yes- the pyramid was the giveaway. Was easy to find it after a google search of "pyramid buildings"

Just checked Google Earth and it looks a bit like Cincinnati but there's something wrong in Croc's pic than; the number of bridges and buildings don't match with GE's...Also the style of the bridges is different.

On top of that, there are 2 large Sports Stadiums on the riverbank on GE.
