farangsay
<deleted> is "schleuique" (I googled it to no avail) The French used to refer to the citizens of a neighbouring country as "les schleus" (in a very affectionate way of course). I just invented the adjective.

Old Croc
Not Seychelles. Not USVI, but closer than you may realise. If it's been on before, I apologise. farangsay
1 ) St Lucia ? 2) Can we rename the thread "what's that cluster of shacks behind the trees , oh my aren't those boats pretty" ?
Old Croc
It's not St Lucia and I can tell you it is a capital city of the country concerned. So the shacks might just be parliament and government house. Don't get so frustrated and sarcastic, look back at my answers to previous guesses. There was a very good clue there. Mitty or Lamphun would find it very quickly if they were around.
