Suspected cable thief killed in North Pattaya as he attempts to elude capture

PATTAYA: -- A man suspected of stealing electric cable from a house was involved in a road accident during his escape and later died in Hospital. On Sunday Afternoon, Khun Banyen, the owner of a house in North Pattaya spotted a man attempting to steal an extension power cable from the front of her house. She shouted at the man who jumped on his motorbike and sped off.
