That is Swahili to me, I am 100% Luddite in this arena, I have a 40 minute MP3 voice audio recording, from which I want to remove sections and make a copy of the balance, I am told it is child's play - no doubt for some. I was going to recommend some recording studios and engineers but it sounds like your needs are very basic. I'm sure someone will chime in that lead you in the right direction for something so easy.
