I am a Canadian accountant interested in forming or joining a BPO (business process outsourcing) company in Asia. I realize that Bangkok is not a hotspot for BPO, so I am also looking into the Philippines, however I would prefer to live in Bangkok. The primary goal of the company would be outsourcing business/accounting services to customers located in North America.

I have capital, and time to invest in the right new venture, but I would prefer to have a partner: either another accountant, or someone who has complimentary outsourcing skills such as programming, animation etc. Alternatively, I would be very interested in joining an existing accounting BPO.
