Is it just my TV or has BBC world news and Fox news gone from Sophon cable? Or have they moved them, any ideas?

I woke up to a whole different channel line-up today on my local cable co. in Kata, Phuket. No BBC and FOX news. I just checked and now it's back to normal. :huh: It has done that a couple other times too.
