June 27, 201115 yr I am looking for a supply of Rhubarb, say 5-10Kg as I want to make rhubarb and ginger jam, pies ,crumble and would be nice with custard. Over the years I have tried several times to grow from seed, and even had some rootstock brought from UK, but maybe due to the weather or me not having a green thumb, they never took off. Surprised none is imported from China country of origin ,wish some vegetable importers would bring some in along with parsnips and swedes, as the quality of Chinese vegetables ,caulis broccoli, carrots look very good, not sure about chemical content but! Thanks ,regards Worgeordie

June 27, 201115 yr I believe that I might have seen it in the Royal Hill-Tribe Projects shop, from time to time ?
June 27, 201115 yr I have bought Rhubarb at the Doi Kham store at Canal and Suthep Roads, but they have it only once in a while during the winter months. Also, sometimes you can find frozen rhubarb at Macro--but their supply is spuratic.
June 27, 201115 yr I grew a lot at my farm up North but we were high up at 1100 meters above sea level and it was pretty cold at times. I used UK seeds and the amazing thing was that it matured in half the normal time.
June 28, 201115 yr Our rhubarb pies are available by order at any Butter is Better location. We also offer rhubarb/strawberry. Both pies are 285 baht each. If you just want a slice we offer it pretty regularly in the Chang Klan branch. Cheers!
