And at least three topics on housing as well. Probably you will find them on the pages 2, 3 and 4. Down/left: Just click on the page numbers. Reading the other topics will give you an impression of the expat community in Chiang Rai and inform you where and when they meet. I think you will find the answers to most of your questions.
