Getting Visas To America For Employees

Featured Replies

Hello. I am American. I am looking to open a traditional massage parlor in the USA. I want to use a Thai staff. Can you please give me advise on how to go about getting my employees a visa to come from Thailand to America to work? ty

Hire Thais that are already in the US. Less hassle, less headache, less paperwork. If it were easy, everyone and their brother would be bringing in "spa therapists" or "masseuses" and then upon getting them to US soil, a change of heart would occur and said therapists would disappear in the wind.

Many via "Robin Hoods & Robin Hees".

You'll need to check into licensing requirements depending on where you plan to operate.

More info can be found by searching the particular state you wish to operate in. As far as getting a visa, best to start the business then request work visas for your Thai employees. Would require proof that suitable candidates do not exist to fulfill your staffing needs in the states. Another option would be to set the company up with both a USA and Thai location and apply for a visa based in an intra-company transfer.
