What are the Thai laws on requiring a work permit if you run a personnal blog that has adverts on it?

Any ideas?

Are you receiving income from said blog, which you are using to finance your life as a resident of Thailand, and do you work on said blog from Thailand ?.....if yes then in the spirit of the Thai labour law you are working and you would need a WP

It doesn't matter if you receive income from the website or not . . . you are still "working" according to the letter of the Thai law and require a Work Permit. Crazy, but that's the law.
