pzh41
Hi all, Just a quick question regarding the Visit Visa Application form (I assume the questions appear the same when entered online)... 5.19 "What is the cost to you personally of your stay in the UK ?" Since I am paying for the visit (flights, accom, food, travel, etc) the cost to my Fiancee is £0. However, she will abvoiusly miss out on 4 months potential earnings from self employed work. Should she just simply put £0 or does she put loss of potential earnings ? 5.15 What money is available to you for your trip? Should she include the monthly payment that I (usually) send to her ? Cheers good people
kunash
if you are paying for the trip, you would write something like ''Nothing - my boyfriend is paying for the trip'' what money is available to you for the trip? i put ''whatever is needed my boyfriend will pay for'' in your sponsor letter you should put a brief breakdown of the costs, like, flight, day's out, food, spending money, etc Edited July 2, 2011 by kunash

rawhod
We were in a similar situation. I am paying everything for my Thai partner. Q 5.19 answered "Nothing" Q 5.15 answered "All necessary paid for by partner (name)" She got the visa...
pzh41
Thanks for all the help - very much appreciated. Hopefully we will be applying in the next week or so - and then the waiting begins (And this is only for a Visitor Visa - wait until we apply for settlement )
