Hi

I am just getting ready to go to Vientiane early next month

to get a new 3 month visa (third time).

I plan to get a non immigrant O visa based on my marriage

to my Thai wife (four years). I dont yet want to get a

yearly visa as I dont want to bring loads of money into

Thailand.

I know what documents I took last time but I just wanted to

check what changes may have occurred as there seems to be a

general tightening up of policy.

The docs that I took were

passport

copies of passport

copies of laos visa

marriage certificate

letter from wife stating we are still married.

Are there any new reqirements ?

Might be good to take a copy of her ID card as some have reported being asked for that.
