Have noticed that True is mentioned as a sim card because of the "cheaper" overseas calling rates.

Is it a case of simply buying a True Sim or do I require an "Inter Sim" as I read on these forums ??

Or does one sim fit all ??

I am pretty certain you need a Truemove InterSIM in order to use the ultra-low 00600 rates. I have a Truemove SIM, not an InterSIM, and cannot make 00600 calls. You can use the 006 prefix with any Truemove SIM. Further you can apply most add-ons, like data, to an InterSIM so if you are a new customer and require 00600 calling then maybe best to buy an InterSIM. If you are an existing customer you can inquire with Truemove about transitioning to an InterSIM, which given MNP they should allow, although they might charge a small fee.

In answer to the OP. No, one SIM fits all. The InterSIM only allows for the lower International calling. There are some new SIMs (i forget what they are called) that you can get plans for cheaper National calls, better refill credits, and longer validity periods..There are SIMs that offer cheaper SMS and MMS plans. The NetSIM allows for cheaper Internet plans. Check with the True website or visit an agent. To decide what SIM is better for you.
