This seems to be a two or more ways happening. From the meeting as shown in the clip we can assume that these practises were confirmed.

I didn't watch the entire video yet...but I just retired last year after working in the U.S. government and military communications/computer area for the last 20 years.

Not to reveal anything that might be classified....but you probably do know or at least imagine that the U.S goverment, and specifically the military, is VERY active in the process of protecting it's communications and computer networks, not only in the U.S. but world-wide. We normally recieved 2 or 3 new virus/hacking/problem reports each week...as well as a weekly status update report for current or past but stll active software dangers and problems. Literly millons of dollars are spent each month on these efforts by the U.S. government and free updates down loadable by secure password-protected and password-authorised-only sites are available where uploads on current software are availabe to military and government agencies at no cost for upgrades to current software to protect from such dangers. Many of these upgrades are REQUIREd by a certain date...and that process is monitored. failure to install these rquired updates will get you a warning if you miss the deadline for upgrading.

In addition to that there is an active program to monitor any possible software threats coming from other than U.S. sources to any software used by the U.S. government...which is all I'll say about that topic here and now.

Bottom line...just because you don't hear about it...don't suppose for a second that the problem is not being monitored and an active defense to software viruses and hacking is not underway at all times to stop hacking/virus attacks/etc. on software and programs used by the U.S. government and military.
